Babrik Shah, the well-known Pakistani television actor, has revealed that he was in relationship with actress Veena Malik and they decided to get married.
Babarik is recognized for his performances in dramas like Baaghi, Dastaan, and Pani Jaisa Pyar, recently opened up about his past relationship with actress Veena Malik.
Appearing on a talk show, Babrik shared candid insights into their relationship, revealing that they had once planned to marry and had jointly invested in a property during that time.
He explained that while marriage was on the cards, their relationship eventually came to an end because they both moved on with their lives. “We didn’t tie the knot because she developed feelings for someone else—I think that’s what happened. I also met someone new,” Babrik said.
He clarified that the property wasn’t a gift from Veena; rather, it was a mutual investment made when they were planning a future together.
Babrik further mentioned that their goal was to build a home reminiscent of the legendary Ali Zeb House of actors Muhammad Ali and Zeba Ji. After the breakup, he took charge of the house’s construction and continued the project on his own. “She didn’t gift me the house. It’s still registered under her name, but I’m living in it now,” he said, confirming that while the documentation remains in Veena’s name, he resides there.
The public responded positively to Babrik’s openness and Veena’s dignified stance.
