PCB unveils new management team for upcoming T20I series against Bangladesh starting May 28.
A number of people from the previous administration have been fired. Azhar Mahmood, the assistant coach, has been fired.
Mohammad Masroor will be the fielding coach, Hanif Malik will be the batting coach, and Australian Ashley Noffke will be the bowling coach.
The team manager, Naveed Akram Cheema, will remain in his position.
The PCB states that Imranullah would serve as the strength and fitness coach and Cliff Deacon as the physiotherapist.
Earlier, the PCB announced the revised schedule for the Bangladesh T20I series, to be held at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
The first Twenty20 International (T20I) of the exciting series will take place on Wednesday, May 28.
The second match will take place on Friday, May 30. On Sunday, June 1, the third and final Twenty20 International is scheduled to take place.
Bangladesh is expected to travel in Lahore today and hold training sessions on May 26 and 27. At 8 p.m. local time, all three games will start.
Earlier, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced a 16-member squad for home series against Bangladesh led by Salman Ali Agha, with notable exclusions of Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
