Sui Southern Gas Company has released Eid-ul-Adha schedule, providing relief to Karachi residents with no gas load shedding during holidays.
The utility company said in a statement that the gas supply will be cut off on Friday, June 6 at midnight (12am), which is a little later than the customary 9:30pm shutdown hour.
The gas supply will be restored at 5 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, the first day of Eid-ul-Adha, and will continue to run continuously all day.
In order to guarantee a consistent supply for the second day of Eid, there will also be no gas shutdown on Sunday, June 8.
Gas will be available all day on Monday, June 9, the third day of Eid, and will stay open until midnight.
The business affirmed that the gas load shedding program will return to its usual timings on Tuesday, June 10.
