Jimmy Donaldson, better known online as MrBeast, has now become the only self-made billionaire under age of 30.
He’s 27 and already hit a $1 billion net worth, as reported by CelebrityNetWorth. His monthly income? Said to be around $50 million. With all his YouTube channels combined, he got around 396 million followers.
Earlier this year, he confirmed on the Diary of a CEO podcast by Steven Bartlett that he had hit billionaire status. “Yeah,” he said, “but in my actual bank account, there’s less than million.”
Donaldson mentioned he only pays himself enough to cover what he personally spends monthly. “I got assistants and all that too, so I just try to keep things balanced,” he added.
To celebrate, MrBeast posted a funny image online—he finally recreated the famous “Hood MrBeast” meme. Post was captioned, “You guys can stop asking me to recreate the meme now 😭.” The picture showed him holding a bunch of cash, keeping up with his internet vibe.
His journey to the billion-dollar mark makes him stand out even more among other YouTubers like PewDiePie or Stokes Twins—he’s only one so far to build that kind of wealth on his own.
