US Vice President JD Vance stated that US military strikes have successfully impeded Iran’s nuclear programme, and President Trump is currently exploring diplomatic options to bring about a peaceful resolution.
Vance reportedly stated: “We don’t want this to drag on any longer or get worse.” Our goal is to terminate their nuclear program.
He went on to say, “We would like to engage the Iranians in talks for a long-term settlement.”
It’s important to remember that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi claimed that US strikes had ruined any chance for diplomatic relations.
Earlier, US president Donald Trump has issued a strict warning to Iran to launch more strikes on its nuclear installations if peace not achieved.
In a televised national speech, President Trump touted air attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan as military master strokes with President Trump saying that the United States had succeeded in its mission to topple Iran enrichment capability in nuclear facilities.
Trump announced that Iranian nuclear enrichment sites had been eliminated in a total and US has completed obliteration using huge bombs to do the work.
The presiden described Iran as the bully of the Middle East and the world number one state sponsor of terrorists. He threatened that, unless Iran came in to pursue peace, there would either be peace, or there would be tragedy to Iran far greater than we have seen over the past eight days.
