Jordanian Football Team Arrives in Pakistan for FIFA 2026 Qualifiers

In a big moment for football fans in Pakistan, the Jordanian football team has returned to Pakistan after 18 years. They’re here to play in the qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The Jordanian football team flew into Islamabad from Muscat, Oman. They were greeted warmly by Dr. Mayen Khreisat, the Ambassador of Jordan to Pakistan, along with other embassy officials and representatives from the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF).

This is a significant moment because it’s been 18 years since Jordanian football team last visited Pakistan, back in 2006. Their return is exciting news for football lovers all across the country.

The Jordanian players and their coaches were taken from the airport to their hotel with tight security arrangements in place, making sure they’re safe during their stay in Pakistan.

Jordanian Football Team’s Scheduled Match

The match between Pakistan and Jordan is scheduled for March 21 at the Jinnah Football Stadium in Islamabad. The game will kick off at 2:00 PM.

As the excitement builds and preparations continue, football fans in Pakistan are eagerly awaiting the match between Pakistan and Jordan. It’s not just about the game; it’s also an opportunity to show Pakistan’s love for football and its ability to host big international events like this.
