Separate traffic accidents at various locations in Karachi claimed the lives of four motorcyclists; one of them worked for an online food service.

Due to their suspected participation in these collisions, police have detained two drivers and impounded their vehicles.

Authorities claimed that a car and motorbike crashed close to Teen Talwar, resulting in one fatality and one injury. The driver of the vehicle has been arrested.

Another fatality occurred after a double-cabin car collided with a motorcycle on the Khayaban-e-Nishat Road owned by the Defence Housing Authority (DHA). Police identified the biker who died at the scene as Murtaza, a rider for an online food delivery service.

They arrested the car driver, Usman Shah Rashdi, and seized the vehicle at Darakhshan Police Station. According to the police, Usman is the grandson of Hasan Shah Rashdi, a former DIG.

Another unfortunate incident occurred near Karsaz on Sharea Faisal when a car struck a motorcycle, killing the boy, Shamoon, and seriously injuring his mother. An unknown vehicle struck and killed an unidentified motorcyclist on the Jam Sadiq Bridge in Qayyumabad.

According to police sources, investigations into the hit-and-run incidents involving unidentifiable cars are still underway.

Several traffic incidents over the last few months have involved high-speed dumper trucks, which have killed and injured people.

Concerning information surfaced earlier this month that at least 110 individuals have died in Karachi in recent months as a result of crashes involving large trucks.
