Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has challenged the government, stating that if they can legally topple his government, he will leave politics if they succeed.

“Avoid doing anything that is against the constitution; you are powerless to take any action even if you follow the constitution.

Imran Khan is the owner of our government, our authority, and everything else. At any time, he can give us orders to overthrow the government.

“Constitutional methods cannot overthrow our government,” he declared.

Gandapur hosted a joint news conference with Salman Akram Raja, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar, and other leaders on Wednesday after a meeting of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) parliamentary party.

He characterized the state, which is frequently seen as a “mother,” as acting in an oppressive manner. “I oppose the government and every institution within it. You tried and failed at conspiracies. “You were unable to succeed despite using unconstitutional methods,” he said.

“You failed in your conspiracies and unconstitutional measures,” said Gandapur, who criticized the state’s actions. You have previously enforced governor’s rule and martial law. I now contest your authority and power. Try to overthrow the K-P government, put our people in jail, and use all of your strength.”

The CM went on to say that since they cannot destroy his members, they are unable to overthrow his government through legal or constitutional means. “Those who support Imran Khan cannot be broken by anyone.”
