KP Operation: Four Pakistani troops were killed, including Lieutenant Daniyal, after security forces foiled an infiltration attempt in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated on Thursday.
In two different operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, seven Khawarij were slain on Thursday. First operation took place in the Shawal district of North Waziristan, where terrorists attacked a security checkpoint. Pakistani military successfully resisted the intended assault, killing six Indian-sponsored foreign terrorists.
According to the military’s media wing, Lieutenant Daniyal, Naib Subedar Kashif Raza, Lance Naik Fiaqat Ali and Sepoy Muhammad Hameed committed martyred during the fierce exchange of fire.
Separately, in the Chitral area, another Indian-backed insurgent was killed in a clash with police forces.
The ISPR reaffirmed that security forces are dedicated to eliminate Indian-sponsored terrorism and are steadfast in their commitment to national security. It went on to say that martyrs’ sacrifices further strengthened the military forces’ commitment.
In a separate update security personnel in Balochistan killed five terrorists from the outlawed outfit Fitna-ul-Hindustan during two separate operations, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Four terrorists were killed in the first operation, which was carried out in Loralai. Based on intelligence-based information security personnels attacked terrorists. According to ISPR, the terrorists were in possession of guns, ammunition and explosive materials, all of which were discovered at the site.
According to the ISPR, the killed terrorists committed terrorist acts on August 26 of last year and February 18 of 2025. These operations were conducted in conjunction with terrorist attacks on National Highway 70 which killed at least 30 civilians.
According to the ISPR, the deceased terrorists were involved in many terrorist acts and were on law enforcement agencies’ most-wanted lists.
In a second operation in Kech district, security personnel killed another terrorist linked to the same gang.
The ISPR emphasized the security forces’ unwavering resolve to eradicate all aspects of “Fitna-e-Hindustan” from Pakistan. It reaffirmed their steadfast commitment to bring terrorists and their facilitators to justice via painstaking efforts.
