There was an attack on the Tehsil Office in Mastung district of Balochistan on Tuesday in which at least one person died, and eight others were injured according to the sources.
The police have reported that armed unidentified men raided their government office in Mastung city. The attackers burnt down three government vehicles and even the three banks that were located in the area were attacked.
The deceased was a passerby who was caught in the crossfire. The injured have been transferred to Nawab Ghous Bakhsh Raisani Hospital and they are under medical care.
During the raid, eyewitnesses testified of heavy gunshots and lots of explosives, so there was panic in the region.
Shops and markets were shut down immediately as the residents were filled with fear. The area has been cordoned off and the security agencies have gone into operation in order to put the attackers behind bars.

The military media wing said that on 28 June 2025 security forces carried out an intelligence-driven operation in the Duki District of Balochistan, based on reports of the presence of terrorists of the Indian proxy group, Fitna al Hindustan.
In the process of the operation being conducted, own forces successfully targeted the hideout of the Indian sponsored terrorists and in the ensuing fire fight two Indian sponsored terrorists were killed and two terrorists were arrested.
