Milk is a complete diet which is full of nutrients that are needed for growth in babies, youths, and conservation of health in grown-ups. It’s primarily a precious source of fine- quality protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Milk is a stoutly balanced, perishable food and one of many foods consumed in its natural form throughout the world. Milk contains 87 water,3.3 protein,3.9 fats, 5 lactose and 0.7 ash.
One of the oldest and simplest forms of milk contamination is through the addition of variable volumes of water to increase its volume for lesser profit. This can mainly drop the nutritive value of milk, and if the water added is defiled there’s a high threat to mortal health because of implicit waterborne conditions.
