Seasoned Pakistani actress and host Nadia Khan has taken a U-turn on her stance regarding actress Hania Aamir following the Indian Punjabi film Sardaar Ji 3 trailer release.

Speaking on a private TV show, Nadia Khan shared her views on the newly released trailer of Sardaar Ji 3.

Surprisingly, she praised Hania Aamir’s impressive debut in the Indian film industry, which contradicts her earlier statements.

Nadia stated that amid ongoing Pakistan-India tensions, there were rumors that Hania Aamir would be removed from the film and replaced by an Indian actress, with the scenes reshot. However, after widespread speculation, the film is now releasing with Hania Aamir still in the cast.

She appreciated the strategy of the filmmakers and actors involved, especially noting that the cast, including Diljit Dosanjh, remained silent during the speculation and let people believe Hania had been dropped.

She further stated that the film’s team—all Sikh artists—handled the situation smartly and fearlessly. Nadia commended their decision to stay quiet, allowing the rumors to circulate without addressing them. Now, with the trailer’s release, Hania Aamir is prominently featured throughout.

It is worth noting that Nadia Khan had earlier expressed disappointment, saying Hania Aamir was wasting her time working in India amid the escalating tensions between the two countries. She condemned many other actors for working in Indian movies, urging them to boycott Indian Cinema.

Nadia also quoted the examples of Saba Qamar and Sajal Aly. She said that both actresses received praise for their Bollywood projects but ultimately built their careers in Pakistan. “This is the thing that I believe that Hania should focus on her career in Pakistan drama industry. It will be more beneficial for her”, Nadia said previously.
