The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has officially announced the closure of all its offices across Pakistan on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, in observance of Youm-e-Takbeer, a national public holiday.
According to an official notification, the shutdown will apply to all regional and head offices, including the round-the-clock service centers, which will suspend operations from 12:00 AM on May 28 to 12:00 AM on May 29.
Despite the physical office closures, NADRA confirmed that its digital platforms, such as the Pak-ID mobile application and online portal, will remain fully functional to facilitate citizens.
