Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of Naval Staff visited the PAF Air War College Institute in Karachi and was accorded a warm reception by Air Vice Marshal Rashid Habib, President, of the Institute.
The inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) addressed that Admiral Ashraf had commended high standards of training and professionalism in the institute.
He emphasised on increasing the value of exercises and cooperation with the Pakistan Air Force to enhance interservice coordination and combat preparedness.
Speaking to the course participants, the Naval Chief pointed out the importance of the technology in the modern warfare and said that the situation at the eastern border showed that vigilance should always be maintained.
He equally praised the technologies made by the Pakistan Air force under the watch of the Air Chief.
Admiral Ashraf highlighted the evolving flying power of the Navy and bore testimony once again to the increasing collaboration between Navy air, and Air force through exercising together.
At the occasion of the inauguration, ISPR announced that the Naval Chief also stated that Pakistan would initiate efforts on the drone technology-based collaboration of the Aerospace-maritime technology parks which would be the big milestone towards the defense self-reliance.
