NayaPay, a fintech platform, has declared a significant rebrand comprising a striking graphic design and an enhanced app-user experience to become the one-stop-financial services, platform of choice in Pakistan.
Three years since its inception, the company has increased the number of users to more than 2.5 million and has diversified its services.
Rebrand, done in collaboration with the international design agency Koto, responsible of recently redesigning the global image of Amazon, includes a new logo, color scheme, typography, and a redesigned UX that is modeled around momentum, connectivity, and user empowerment.
The new logo is after all Dyno, a new emblem made of interlocked arrows, representing movement and transfer of money among people and companies. This is coupled with a fresh wordmark and signature color of the company, renamed to be known as Electric Orange.
The redesign is also characterized by use of new type faces, metallic style of illustration with a hint on materials commonly used in currency run by the bank and custom designed icons composed of similar shapes used in logo.
The app has gotten visual and functional upgrade as well. NayaPay Visa Physical card and Virtual cards have been redesigned, and they are oriented towards current vertical card design.
NayaPay claims that the rebrand is not a mere facelift. It is the launch pad to all that we are constructing in the future as stated by the corporation during the announcement. The updates on the app are being implemented progressively, and the new design would soon be accessible to all the users.
