Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif stated on Tuesday that the nation possessed complete capability to respond to any potential future actions by India.
Asif cautioned the media that “India will face humiliation again if it contemplates any adventure.”
He went on to say that it was impossible to completely rule out the prospect of another aggressive act from India.
Asif also attacked Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that Pakistan is capable of responding with force again.
Asif had separately referred to the nation’s political system as a “hybrid model,” one in which military and civilian leadership coexist.
According to him, the model is producing “excellent results” and might be used for a long time until Pakistan is “out of the woods as far as economic and governance problems are concerned.”
