Pakistan has vehemently condemned Israeli actions at Al-Aqsa Mosque and rejected Israel’s illegitimate siege of Gaza on Wednesday.
Pakistan’s Permanent Representative, Munir Akram, emphasized the urgent need to relieve the Israeli siege of Gaza during a speech to the UN Security Council on the situation in Gaza.
He demanded that humanitarian help be restored and that Palestinian rights be acknowledged, and he condemned the forcible eviction of Palestinians.
The Pakistani ambassador restated the nation’s disapproval of the provocative actions of Israeli ministers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
He reaffirmed that the illegal embargo is untenable and emphasized that Israel must immediately stop its atrocities in Gaza.
He went on to say that Israeli attacks have killed thousands of Palestinians, many of them women and children. Humanitarian aid is denied to Gazans, and the state of hospitals is still grave.
