Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s prominent figure, Khawaja Saad Rafique, was released from the Punjab Institute of Cardiology on Friday following a short hospital stay prompted by a health concern.
Sources at the medical facility revealed that Rafique had been admitted after experiencing an episode involving a rapid heartbeat.
Upon his arrival, cardiology specialists swiftly carried out a series of assessments, including an electrocardiogram (ECG), which did not indicate any alarming abnormalities.
After undergoing observation and medical evaluation, Rafique was allowed to return home with a recommendation to prioritize rest and mental well-being.
His visit to the hospital earlier in the day had raised concerns, but hospital authorities have since clarified that his condition is stable and under control.
