Squid Game 3 final trailer has released, giving the audience a glimpse about what the series will offer to the fans.
Lee Jung-jae will star in the series joined by Wi Ha-joon, Kang Ha-neul, Lee Byung-hun, Yim Siwan, Park Sung-hoon, Kang Ae-shim and Lee David.
Although Squid Game 3 final trailer does not provide much, the trailer is enough to quench the thirst of the fans and leave them at the same time dissatisfied with the lack of more information.
The voice over in the trailer is of Ae-shim as a player 149 (Jang Geum-ja) addressing the protagonist character player 456.
This new preview creates a sad and emotional mood in contrast to the first trailer that has a voiceover by Jang Geum-ja, or Player 149 (Kang Ae-shim), speaking to the protagonist of the series, Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae).
“Are you blaming yourself for everything that happened? No matter how you look at it, life is just unfair,” the old lady continues. “Bad people do bad things, but they blame others and go on to live in peace. Good people, on the other hand, beat themselves up over the smallest things.”
The self-conscious monologue was extremely relatable to the viewer as one shouted, “This is so true!” below in the comments. Another comment under the YouTube video remaked: “This has become become the best quote I ever heard.”
The trailer concludes on a strong note, as Geum-ja says, “I still think you came here to rescue all of us, and then there is the final line by Gi-hun, Player 456: “I am trying to end it.” The third season of Squid Game, the most-watched show in Netflix history, in terms of any language, will be released on June 27.
