A recent post on the Times of Israel blog has suggested that Imran Khan founder of PTI is the most suitable to help Israel and Pakistan develop diplomatic relations.
This suggestion has ignited considerable debate due to the historically tense relations between the two countries
The blog, published by Belgian author Aynur Bashirova, focused on the purported relationships Khan maintained with Israeli officials.
Bashirova asserted that Khan had contacted the Israeli officials through the Goldsmith family and told them of an interest in discussing normalization.
The post insinuated that the close relationship that Khan has with the Goldsmiths could be the main reason behind Khan’s ever-changing stance on Israel.
It said that probably, his unique position and strategic acumen might hold the key to develop relations between the two nations.

Despite anticipated hurdles and opposition, the blog posited that Khan’s extensive international experience could serve as a bridge between the Western and Islamic worlds.
Bashirova also advocated for Khan’s reintegration into Pakistani politics, suggesting that his leadership could be pivotal in redefining Pakistan’s foreign policy approach towards Israel.
