US President Donald Trump asserts that both Israel and Iran called him “almost at the same time” requesting “peace.”

In his post on Truth Social, Donald Trump stated he saw the moment as pivotal, declaring: “The World, and the Middle East, are the real WINNERS!”

He further stated that both nations have “so much to gain” if they remain on the track of “righteousness & truth,” and envisaged a future of “LOVE, PEACE, AND PROSPERITY” for both nations.

Trump ended the message with a blessing: “GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!”

Earlier this week, US President Donald Trump declared a total ceasefire between Iran and Israel, which may stop the 12-day war that led millions to flee Tehran and raised alarm at further escalation of the war-torn nation.

However, there was no confirmation from Israel and the Israeli military confirmed two rounds of missiles were fired from Iran into Israel early Tuesday morning.

Witnesses subsequently reported hearing explosions in the Tel Aviv and Beersheba areas of central Israel. Israeli media reported a building had been hit and three individuals were killed in the Beersheba missile strike.

Israel, along with the United States over the weekend, has conducted strikes on Iran nuclear sites, following claiming Tehran was on the verge of developing a nuclear weapon.

On the belief that all works well, which it will, I would like to commend both Countries, Israel and Iran, on having the Stamina, Courage, and Intelligence to put an end to, what should be termed, ‘THE 12 DAY WAR’,” Trump posted on his Truth Social platform.

Earlier, ceasefire between Iran and Israel: U.S. President Donald Trump declared that a ceasefire agreement had been reached between Israel and Iran, potentially marking the end of the recent 12-day conflict.
