Pakistan’s major cities are witnessing varied weather patterns as the country transitions into the monsoon season, with conditions ranging from thunderstorms to sunny skies and intense humidity.

Earlier, according to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), at least 64 people have been killed and 117 others injured since last week, by flash floods and heavy rains in different parts of Pakistan.
Furthermore, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recorded the most deaths (23 deceased out of which 10 were children). Local media said a flash flood swept 14 people away at Swat Valley.
Flash floods also caused the death of 21 people; 11 of them were children in the state of Punjab. In Sindh, 15 people died and in Balochistan, five people were killed.
