Why Saudi Arabia Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman (MBS) has delayed his much expected visit to Pakistan? Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has explained the reason.
Dar said MBS could not come to Pakistan due to illness of his father, the King of KSA Salam bin Abdulaziz. The Crown Prince was expected to visit Pakistan last month and his arrival schedule has been cancelled twice. It was expected MBS would bring huge investment to Pakistan which could be helpful for ailing nation economy. He said the Crown Prince has also delayed his visit to Japan due to same reason.
Dr also said that the suspects behind the attack on Chinese engineers have been identified. He said the government of Pakistan would share the details with Afghan government. The Taliban government in Kabul also showed willingness to cooperate with the investigation.
Dar further said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visit to China was of great significance. The PM is visiting Beijing on June 4 and it is his found days visit to neighbouring country.
