Slovakian firm Klein Vision has revealed that the world’s first mass-produced flying car, the AirCar, is set to hit the market in early 2026.

With two wings that can be extended in only two minutes and stored back in the body after landing, this two-seater has the appearance of a sports car. The flying car accelerates, speeds down a runway and then soars into the sky.

Two passengers can travel up to 18,000 feet in the gasoline-powered hybrid Air Car. Because of its propellers, it can reach a speed of 155 mph in the air and 124 mph on the runway.

Stephen Klein, the company’s founder, declared, “The Air Car is a dream come true, a revolutionary step towards making personal air travel accessible to the masses.” “We are bringing the air and the road together in a new way.”

Depending on the engine power and features, the air car’s starting price can range from $800,000 (about 220 million Pakistani rupees) to $1 million (around 280 million Pakistani rupees), according to Clean Vision. There will be three different engine options: 280, 320, and 340 horsepower.

The “Air Car 2,” a new iteration of the air automobile, is also being developed; it is anticipated to make its debut in September 2025. The brand claims that promotional photos provide a sneak peek at its contemporary style.

The global market for flying cars is expected to grow to $1 trillion by 2040 and $900 trillion by 2050, according to experts. By leveraging air routes, this new technology will speed up travel and lessen the amount of traffic on the ground.
