Indian singer-rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has confirmed his attendance at the upcoming wedding of his ‘best friend’ Sonakshi Sinha to her longtime beau Zaheer Iqbal.
Taking to Instagram stories in the early hours of Saturday, Honey Singh expressed his gratitude towards Sonakshi for her unwavering support throughout their friendship.
“Although I’ll be in London shooting Glory’s first song, I will make sure to attend my best friend Sonakshi’s wedding. She has been a big support in my career and helped me so many times in life,” Honey Singh wrote.
He extended his best wishes to the couple, referring to them as the “power couple.”
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, who have been in a relationship for over seven years, are set to tie the knot. Reports indicate that the wedding celebrations will commence on June 23 at Bastian restaurant in Mumbai, preceded by a private affair at Sonakshi’s family home in Juhu.
Earlier this week, an audio invite from the couple confirming their relationship and wedding plans surfaced on the social media platform Reddit.
